Incoming kindergarten families,
The kindergarten screening night is coming up on Tuesday, April 25th, from 4:00-6:00 PM. Please click on the link below to sign your child up for a screening. This screener is a way for us to gain information on the students coming to school next year. This will help with making class placements for the 2023-2024 school year.
There will be staff on hand to answer any enrollment questions, as well as receive any of the required kindergarten documents, which are as follows:
A copy of your child's birth certificate (This will come from the county in which your child was born, and not the one given by the hospital.)
A school physical (dated after 8/17/22), including up-to-date immunization records
An eye exam form dated after 8/17/22
A dental form dated after 2/17/22
Our district nurse, Kelsey Floyd, will also be on hand to answer any questions.
Once your child has completed the screener you will be free to take a self guided tour of the building before leave.
