SCIENCE CLUB
The Science Club will work on several science projects throughout the year that involve science demonstrations, hands-on activities and field trips. Guest speakers from U of I will talk about their specialties to club members. Also available will be a series of aviation-related activities for those members who wish to pursue that specific topic. These include study and use of the Bernoulli Principle, designing and building model aircraft, and studying airmen and aircraft of historical significance, and possible trips to Chanute Air Museum and an FAA facility.
The Science Club meets every other Thursday after school from 3:30 - 4:30 in Room 117. See Dr. Mills if you have any questions. Parents can email her at amills@ms.k12.il.us with any questions.
