Congratulations to seniors, Erica Johnson and Jacob Paragi. They were both recognized at the Illinois Principals Association’s Good Citizen and Leadership recognition breakfast. Thank you Illini Region IPA for hosting.


MSHS Seniors Natalie Mitchell (DAR Award Winner) and Caleb Benedict (SAR Award Winner) we’re recognized at the Good Citizen Luncheon today. MSHS Alum Bret Behrens was the guest speaker and delivered a powerful message. Thank you to Alliance and Piankshaw Chapters for hosting.


Winter Formal Tickets will be on sale during tonight's games from 7-8pm in the commons. High school students may purchase TICKETS ($10 each), turn in GUEST FORMS, and/or turn in CODE OF CONDUCT FORMS.

Tonight's Boys and Girls Junior Varsity and Varsity Basketball games hosting Taylorville are on as scheduled. Varsity Girls (Main Gymnasium) and JV Boys (Fieldhouse Court #2) at 6:00p with Varsity Boys (Main Gymnasium) and JV Girls (Fieldhouse Court #2) to follow at 7:30p.

Intro to Ag students explored the Agriculture industry across the globe! We took a VR field trip to many different countries this week! Such fun!





Ag Leadership are planning their personal and professional SMART goals this week! Thanks Dr. Hall for speaking with them about planning for their future! We had fun!



Ag Mechanization students tested their welding skills this week with arc welding!




The Mahomet-Seymour Schools will be closed on Friday, February 14, 2020 due to extremely icy/poor road conditions. A decision about extracurriculars will be made later this morning. Stay tune! If you must travel, please be safe.

The Boys Indoor Track Meet, Intramural Basketball, and Boys Swim practice are cancelled for this evening (2/12/2020). All after school practices are on as scheduled with practices to end no later than 5:30p.

MSHS Interact Club spent the afternoon playing games with residence at Bridle Brook in Mahomet. We had a great time (Bingo was a huge hit!)




Tonight's Boys Freshman Basketball game at Danville is cancelled. Any possible make-up date for this contest would be announced at a later date and time.
